Refund policy

Orders are eligible for return within 15 days of receipt. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unopened or unused, and in their original packaging.

You can request a return by contacting us at support@mrmuffingaming.com, or via the "Request return" button found on your order status page.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For faster resolution, please provide pictures of the items you received when contacting us.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Returned products will be refunded to the original payment method. If the order had been shipped, any shipping charges are non-refundable.
